QUALITY GUARANTEED
Quality assurance is more important than ever for error and risk prevention. Every raw material, including cells, BMS, cables, connectors, casing and others are stress tested. All assembled battery packs will undergo a final discharge/charge test. This multistep testing method provides for different quality gates through which a Li-ion battery pack must pass, thus ensuring the manufacturing and product quality. As part of quality assurance, Batteryhouse provides up to 5 years warranty for our batteries to ensure customer confidence in our manufactured batteries.
Up To 5 Years Warranty
BatteryHouse provides up 5 years warranty for our batteries. Lithium batteries have a minimum 2,000 cycle life, which is approximately 5 years usage.
VMS Test
Every battery goes through a charge/discharge test to ensure that the capacity of the battery cell and assembled battery pack do perform up to the specification. Furthermore, this test would also ensure that the Battery Management System will serve its functionality of protecting the battery.
Manufactured & Tested In-House
Many of our lithium batteries are manufactured in our battery plant located in Petaling Jaya. Every individual component in an assembled battery pack are tested in-house to ensure that our customers receives the best lithium battery.

Battery pack configurations can be designed with several options, some of which are determined by the chemistry, cell type, desired voltage and capacity, and dimensional space constraints.
A battery pack assembled using prismatic cells are usually more rigid. Hence this are mostly used for automotive and forklift. However, if the battery pack is assembled using cylindrical cells, which are connected using busbar or welding, the battery pack could be designed with much more flexibility.
